This week I am having Oatmeal with papaya until it runs out. Then I am switching to Apples.
For lunch I will be having a Black Bean Vegetable Stew. I got the recipe today from a blog that I found: The Expanding Circle. I needed to add a bunch more thyme than it asks for, and I always add more garlic. This is a pretty basic, though spicy, veggie soup. I give it 3 out of 5 stars.
Dinner will be sandwiches:
Aged Gouda (not smoked)
sliced Tomatoes
Romaine Lettuce on
Daves Killer Bread
I am going to give the sandwiches a 3.5 out of 5. They are good, but not outstanding. They are really delicious looking though.
